1. How to shop/buy on Khangisa?
Step one: select the item you want to purchase from the endless category of items. Also select your size and color preference.
Step two: sign in or create a new account to continue with your shopping.
Step three: enter your shipping address (i.e. the address you want your items to be delivered to.
Step four: select how you would like to make your payment.
(Mobile money/ In-contact/Cash on delivery)
2. What are my delivery options?
Standard delivery is free and has your item brought to you in 3-7 days. FBK (Fulfilled by Khangisa) has duration of 1-3 days and Priority delivery has your item delivered within 24 hours. You can view the prices for FBK and Priority delivery here.
3. When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered within the time stipulated by your preferred delivery choice i.e: Priority delivery within 24 hours; FBK within 1-3; and Standard delivery within 3-7 days. You also have the option to make a pick-up at our warehouse after your order has been processed.
4. What happens if a product is missing from my delivery?
If an item is missing from your delivery, you can contact us using the information at the bottom of the screen and provide us with your order number.
5. Can I reschedule my delivery?
Your order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided in your confirmation email and you will receive a delivery call on the date of delivery so you know when to expect your delivery.
At this point, if you won’t be available to receive your order on that day, you can reschedule during that call.
It is not possible to select a specific date for your delivery. You can view the costs of the delivery options here.
6. Can you split my delivery, sending in-stock items first and the rest later?
On every product page, you can see whether an item is ‘in-stock’ or if there is a ‘lead time’ period, which is the time it takes us to order in the item from our supplier.
For the most efficient delivery service, we wait until all our items arrive with us before delivering them to you in one go. This means that some lead time items could hold up the delivery of our in-stock items.
On selected orders, we may be able to split your delivery, allowing your in-stock items to arrive faster. If you want to request a split delivery, call us or send your request on Whatsapp: 76488499.

9. Can I exchange my product?

10. What if I receive a damaged product?
If you notify us within 7 days of damage to your goods occurring on delivery of your order, you can return it to us at no charge and, if stock is available, we will do our best to immediately arrange a replacement. If your return request falls within the returns policy requirements and is deemed eligible for a return, we will:
1. replace the correct product to you (if the correct product is available) or;
2. credit your account with the purchase price of the product or;
3. refund you with the purchase price of the product
